Subwassertang moss isn't a moss, but a fern. It is an easy-to-care-for plant that works well in nano tanks and larger community tanks. It grows successfully without c02 and fertilizer. Routinely, partial water changes are recommended to balance water parameters and maintain good water quality.
Subwassertang helps actively oxygenate the water. It can take many forms when placed in an aquarium, such as a carpet, a tree, a ball, and a wall. It can make for a great foreground plant floating on the ground, or be placed in between rocks and driftwood, depending on the aesthetics youre looking to achieve for your aquarium. This plant does well in shrimp tanks to help promote breeding as it gives room to graze and hide. It prefers medium flow, as high flow will throw the plant around and it may break.
